• When placing an order, indicate the mode of payment: bank transfer or cash on delivery.
• We deliver items in stock within 2 working days.
• We send you an e-mail confirming the expected delivery date for items made upon order.
• Each item is packed in a zipbag and the entire lot in a cardboard box.  We do not undertake any responsibility for damages of the post / delivery.
• The product price includes VAT and delivery cost for domestic destinations in case you pay via bank transfer.
• Our prices are subject to changes. Any changes in pricing will be posted on our site for a week. Already ordered goods will be sold at the price valid at the time of placing the order.
• The product can be returned to us within 8 working days upon receipt. We either exchange it to another item indicated by you or we pay back the price. Goods will be accepted only if in originial condition (clean, not washed, not torn, with originial packaging). We do not refund delivery cost. 
• We do our best to safeguard your data and meet the regulation 1992. LXIII. The consumer’s personal data will be stored by the host of the website, can be used for statistics and marketing purposes, however cannot forward them to any 3^rd party.
